Records Power-of-Attorney consent: marks the profile signed=true, stamps signedOn and starts the 60-day removal cycle. The PoA PDF is then rendered; once it is uploaded, previously FOUND scan results are replayed and the opt-out/email removals fire. Private brokers, which are never scanned, are sent requests as soon as the profile is signed.
