User Management provides the core account lifecycle APIs for the PureWL DPP platform: creating and onboarding users, listing and retrieving them, updating their profiles, enabling, disabling, extending, and renewing their subscriptions, and permanently deleting them. Every other DPP service (Dark Web Monitoring, Data Broker Opt-Out) operates against a user created here — User Management is typically the first integration point for a new partner.
